Agreement

If you use the tempboxs website or generate a temporary inbox through it, you confirm that you can enter a binding agreement where you live and that you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

What the service is

tempboxs provides disposable email addresses and a simple inbox view for a limited time. The service is offered for convenience (for example testing sign-ups or avoiding spam in a personal inbox). It is not a permanent archive, a secure vault for sensitive secrets, or a replacement for a contractually guaranteed business email provider.

Acceptable use

You agree to use tempboxs only in a lawful and respectful way. For example, you must not:

• Break the law or help others break the law.
• Send or encourage harassment, threats, hate, or abuse toward anyone.
• Attack or disrupt the site, other users, or third-party systems (including spam, excessive automated load, or attempts to bypass security).
• Use the service to distribute malware, phishing, scams, or other harmful content.
• Misrepresent who you are in a way that could seriously harm others or infringe their rights.

We may suspend or block use that appears to violate these rules or to threaten the stability of the service, without prior notice when we reasonably need to act quickly.

Delivery, uptime, and limits

Email on the internet is never 100 % reliable. Delivery is best effort: messages can be delayed, marked as spam, or rejected by sending providers or receiving filters. We may apply rate limits, abuse controls, or infrastructure caps that affect whether a message arrives or how quickly it appears.

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, or changes by third parties can affect the service at any time.

Expiry of inboxes

Temporary inboxes and their messages expire automatically after the time limit shown in the product or described in our Privacy policy. Do not rely on tempboxs for banking, medical, legal, or other communications where loss of access would cause serious harm. Keep copies elsewhere if something matters to you.

Third-party services and content

Messages you receive may contain links, attachments, or promotions from third parties. We do not control senders and we are not responsible for their content. You decide whether to trust a message, link, or file. The site may also load optional tools from partners such as Google (for example analytics or ads) as explained in the Privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The tempboxs name, branding, layout, text, and original code on this site are protected by intellectual property laws where applicable. You may not copy or reuse them to run a competing clone of our public site without permission, except where the law allows (such as fair dealing or fair use).

No warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties such as fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, except where the law does not allow us to disclaim them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tempboxs and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us specifically for tempboxs in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you did not pay for the service.

Some countries give consumers mandatory rights that cannot be waived. If that applies to you, nothing in these terms limits those non-waivable rights.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use tempboxs and for any activity carried out through inboxes you create. You agree to reimburse and hold harmless tempboxs and its operators for reasonable losses and legal costs that arise from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms, where the law allows such an arrangement.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you disagree with a change, you should stop using tempboxs.

General

If one part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
